BE IT ENACTED BY THE LEGISLATURE OF THE STATE OF TEXAS: | ||
SECTION 1. The heading to Subchapter S, Chapter 91, Natural | ||
Resources Code, is amended to read as follows: | ||
SUBCHAPTER S. DISCLOSURE OF COMPOSITION OF [ |

FLUIDS AND MATERIALS | ||
SECTION 2. Subchapter S, Chapter 91, Natural Resources | ||
Code, is amended by adding Section 91.852 to read as follows: | ||
Sec. 91.852. DISCLOSURE OF COMPOSITION OF FLUIDS AND | ||
MATERIALS IN PIPELINES. (a) The commission by rule shall require a | ||
holder of a permit or registration for a pipeline under the | ||
jurisdiction of the commission's pipeline safety and regulatory | ||
program to provide to the commission a list of the fluids and | ||
materials transported by the pipeline. | ||
(b) The commission shall: | ||
(1) adopt a standard reporting form to be used for the | ||
purposes of this section; and | ||
(2) post lists received under this section on the | ||
commission's Internet website. | ||
SECTION 3. This Act takes effect September 1, 2019. |
