| BE IT ENACTED BY THE LEGISLATURE OF THE STATE OF TEXAS: | ||
| SECTION 1. Sections 22.0561(b), 152.0551(b), and | ||
| 301.012(a-2), Business Organizations Code, are repealed. | ||
| SECTION 2. This Act takes effect September 1, 2019. | ||
