H.C.R. No. 185

HOUSE CONCURRENT RESOLUTION
WHEREAS, House Bill No. 109 has been adopted by the house of
representatives and the senate and is being prepared for
enrollment; and
WHEREAS, The bill contains a technical error that should be
corrected; now, therefore, be it
RESOLVED by the 86th Legislature of the State of Texas, That
the enrolling clerk of the house of representatives be instructed
to make the following correction:
In the SECTION of the bill amending Section 12A.004(a)(1),
Education Code, as added by Floor Amendment No. 1 by Hinojosa,
between "25.081(f)" and the semicolon, insert ", as added by
Chapter 1144 (H.B. 441), Acts of the 85th Legislature, Regular
Session, 2017".
