| WHEREAS, House Bill No. 3371 has been adopted by the senate | ||
| and the house of representatives and is being prepared for | ||
| enrollment; and | ||
| WHEREAS, The bill contains a technical error that should be | ||
| corrected; now, therefore, be it | ||
| RESOLVED by the 86th Legislature of the State of Texas, That | ||
| the enrolling clerk of the house of representatives be instructed | ||
| to make the following correction to the enrolled version of House | ||
| Bill No. 3371: | ||
| In SECTION 1 of the bill, strike added Section 250.009(c)(2), | ||
| Local Government Code, and substitute the following: | ||
| (2) imposes installation or operational requirements | ||
| for: | ||
| (A) the battery-charged fence that are | ||
| inconsistent with the standards set by the International | ||
| Electrotechnical Commission as published on June 29, 2018; or | ||
| (B) an alarm system described by Subsection (b); | ||
| or | ||
