| BE IT ENACTED BY THE LEGISLATURE OF THE STATE OF TEXAS: | ||
| SECTION 1. Section 42.043, Human Resources Code, is amended | ||
| by adding Subsection (g) to read as follows: | ||
| (g) A child-care facility may provide notice of the | ||
| percentage of children attending the facility who are immunized in | ||
| accordance with Subchapter A, Chapter 161, Health and Safety Code. | ||
| SECTION 2. This Act takes effect September 1, 2021. | ||
