Summary

Requires the Department of the Treasury's Office of Terrorism and Financial Intelligence and the Financial Crimes Enforcement Network to establish anti-money-laundering and counterterrorist-financing policy priorities. Financial institutions must incorporate these priorities into existing anti-money-laundering and counterterrorist-financing programs.
