Summary
Requires, by three years after this bill's enactment, that any delivery vehicle owned or leased by the U.S. Postal Service (USPS) be modified to include an air conditioning unit. The USPS may not purchase or lease any delivery vehicle unless that vehicle has an air conditioning unit.
