Summary

To provide reforms through the Organic Act of Guam. This bill amends the Organic Act of Guam to prohibit any law varying the compensation of the Governor, Lieutenant Governor, or Senators in the Guam Legislature from taking effect until a general election of the legislature shall have intervened.
