Summary
Authorizes projects among the United States, Israel, and developing countries to support local solutions to sustainability challenges relating to water resources, agriculture, and energy storage. The U.S. Agency for International Development may enter into a memorandum of understanding with Israel to work together toward common goals in areas such as energy, agriculture, democracy, human rights, economic growth, and education.
