Summary

Energy Star Program Integrity Act The bill revises the Energy Star program to prohibit warranty claims or lawsuits for the disqualification of products from the program. Specifically, the bill prohibits such actions if the manufacturer complies with corrective measures that were approved by the Environmental Protection Agency.
