Summary

Prohibits the federal government from imposing restrictions on the importation and exportation of natural gas. The bill does not limit the President's ability to restrict the exportation of natural gas (1) during national emergencies or disasters, and (2) to foreign countries if the President declares a national emergency with respect to such country.
