Summary

Prohibits the Department of Defense and the Department of Homeland Security (regarding the Coast Guard) from discouraging the inspection of military-owned, government-controlled, and privately leased family housing for lead-based paint or sources of lead. Testing may be authorized when it is not otherwise required by law.
