Summary

Requires the Speaker of the House of Representatives to resume the operation of the Page Program in the House. In addition, the bill revises the membership of the Page Board to include a new position for an individual who has expertise in representing the legal interests of minors (i.e., a guardian ad litem) and to waive the requirement for the board member who is a parent of a page to be the parent of a page who participated in the program within the past five years.
