Summary

Requires the reports of the Interagency Coordinating Committee on the Validation of Alternative Methods to include a description of the progress on the development and use of alternative methods for toxicological testing by participating federal agencies. Federal agencies that require or recommend toxicological testing must provide the committee with necessary information.
