Summary
Post-9/11 Terrorist Financing Review Act - Directs the President, through the Secretary of the Treasury, to submit the report on the current state of U.S. efforts to curtail the international financing of terrorism that is required to be submitted under the Intelligence Reform and Terrorism Prevention Act of 2004.
