Summary
Directs the Government Accountability Office to annually report to Congress an assessment of the budgets for nuclear-security and nuclear-nonproliferation programs in the President's budget for that fiscal year. The report shall include (1) assessments of any changes in budget estimates from the previous fiscal year; and (2) recommendations for developing new metrics for evaluating such programs, as appropriate.
