Summary
Directs the Department of the Treasury to mint and issue $5 gold coins, $1 silver coins, and half-dollar clad coins in recognition and celebration of Paul Laurence Dunbar, one of the first influential African-American poets in American literature and the composer of the lyrics to In Dahomey, the first all African-American musical produced on Broadway. All surcharges received from sales of such coins shall be paid to the Dunbar Alumni Federation.
