Summary
Prohibits the Department of Homeland Security from admitting into the United States an alien as a nonimmigrant under certain visa categories, if the alien is a national of a country that is noncompliant as to repatriating its nationals who have been ordered removed from the United States.
Title
To provide that the Secretary of Homeland Security may not admit to the United States as a nonimmigrant under certain categories aliens who are nationals of noncompliant countries, and for other purposes.
