Summary

Allows new tax credits for investment in emerging energy technology and for the production of electricity from such technology. The bill also allows an energy tax credit for energy storage technologies, including equipment which receives, stores, and delivers energy using batteries, compressed air, pumped hydropower, hydrogen storage (including hydrolysis), thermal energy storage, regenerative fuel cells, flywheels, capacitors, superconducting magnets, or other technologies.
