Exempts veterans who are over 99 years old from a net worth limitation related to Department of Veterans Affairs (VA) pension payments. Specifically, the bill allows veterans who are over 99 years old and receive pensions from the VA as a result of serving during periods of war to continue receiving such pensions regardless of their net worth.
