Summary
Directs the Department of Labor to establish a TechSMART Workforce Development Program, under which Labor shall provide to eligible entities (i.e., a workforce intermediary, a public organization, or certain tax-exempt charitable organizations that include an advisory board) grants for technology sector job training and education programs that provide industry-recognized credentials during the five-year grant period.
