Summary

Directs the Department of Transportation to seek to enter into an agreement with the National Academies of Sciences, Engineering, and Medicine under which it must conduct a study on climate change mitigation efforts related to the civil aviation and aerospace industries, including developing and applying an appropriate indicator for assessing the effectiveness of such efforts.
