Summary

Requires the Department of Health and Human Services to provide low-interest loans to eligible health care organizations that anticipate revenue losses or higher operating costs due to the COVID-19 (i.e., coronavirus disease 2019) emergency. The bill provides appropriations for this purpose. Eligible organizations include but are not limited to hospitals, skilled nursing facilities, and physician practices that participate in the Medicare or Medicaid program.
