Summary

Authorizes funding through FY2025 from the Mass Transit Account of the Highway Trust Fund to provide formula grants for rural areas. Additionally, the bill increases the percentage of funds available from 2% to 3% for the Department of Transportation to provide grants and contracts for transportation research, technical assistance, training, and related support services in rural areas.
