Summary
Requires the Small Business Administration, in making loan guarantees under the Paycheck Protection Program established to support small businesses in response to COVID-19 (i.e., coronavirus disease 2019), to guarantee that employers with 25 or fewer employees shall receive at least 50% of all loan dollars.
