Summary

Discourage Dishonest Dialing Act This bill requires the Federal Communications Commission to establish regulations requiring providers of voice services to implement caller-identification information-authentication technology that can: verify that caller-identification information transmitted with a call is accurate, and alert a subscriber if a call cannot be verified.
