Summary
Establishes that nonimmigrant H-2B visas (temporary nonagricultural workers) issued for landscaping or grounds keeping workers shall not count against the annual cap on such visas. The bill also eliminates an existing statutory exemption to the H-2B annual cap for visas for fish roe processing workers.
