Summary
Expands loan forgiveness under the Paycheck Protection Program, established to support small businesses in response to COVID-19 (i.e., coronavirus disease 2019), to include amounts from a paycheck protection loan that a recipient expends for waste and recycling collection.
Title
To include payments for waste and recycling collection services as covered utility payments for purposes of calculating the eligible amount for forgiveness of indebtedness on a paycheck protection program loan.
