Summary

Requires U.S. Immigration and Customs Enforcement (ICE) to test an individual for COVID-19 (i.e., coronavirus disease 2019) before removing or repatriating the individual from the United States. ICE shall also work with the receiving country to ensure the safe receipt of the individual. An individual who tests positive for COVID-19 may not be removed or repatriated until the individual exhibits no symptoms for at least 10 days and tests negative in two COVID-19 tests. These requirements shall be in effect until 180 days after the end of the declared COVID-19 public health emergency.
