Makes students attending, participating in distance learning through, or on vacation from a secondary school eligible for pandemic unemployment assistance. Such assistance is generally available to individuals who are otherwise ineligible for other unemployment compensation and unable to work as a result of COVID-19 (i.e., coronavirus disease 2019).
