Summary
Establishes and provides funding for the Educator Fund, from which the Department of the Treasury shall make grants to local educational agencies to provide premium pay to teachers and other staff for each hour of in-person work at a public elementary or secondary school during the COVID-19 (i.e., coronavirus disease 2019) public health emergency.
