Summary

Requires the Department of the Treasury to establish a Restaurant Reimbursement Program to reimburse restaurants for certain discounts provided to customers. This reimbursement may only be made for (1) 50% of the discount provided on food and non-alcoholic beverages, not to exceed $12 per customer per day; (2) discounts provided on a Monday, Tuesday, or Wednesday during the one-month period beginning two weeks after the bill is enacted; and (3) discounts provided to customers who dined at the restaurant's physical location.
