Summary

Prohibits a political committee from soliciting a contribution by a hyperlink that is contained in a text message unless the message includes the full and unabbreviated name of the hyperlink and the identification of the committee. Further, an authorized committee of a candidate must also include in such a text message the identification of the candidate.
