Summary

Commemorating the 100th anniversary of the United States declaration of war against Germany and entry into World War I and recognizing and appreciating the lasting historical significance and heroic human endeavor and sacrifice of the United States Armed Forces in that conflict. Honors the members of the U.S. Armed Forces for their service during World War I. Congratulates the U.S. Army, Navy, Marine Corps, Air Force, and Coast Guard during the commemoration of the centennial of World War I.
