Summary

This resolution sets forth the rule for consideration of H.B. 1230 (Protecting Older Workers Against Discrimination Act) and H.J.Res. 76 (nullifying a certain rule issued by the Department of Education that revised, among other things, the process for a student loan borrower to obtain a discharge from a student loan if an institution of education misrepresented a material fact). Certain proceedings may take place on any legislative day from January 17, 2020, through January 24, 2020.
