Summary

This resolution sets forth the rule for consideration of H.Res. 826 (urging, among other things, that the Centers for Medicare & Medicaid Services withdraw recent guidance regarding the approval of block grants under Medicaid demonstration waivers), H.B. 2474 (Protecting the Right to Organize Act of 2019), and H.B. 5687 (Emergency Supplemental Appropriations for Disaster Relief and Puerto Rico Disaster Tax Relief Act, 2020).
