Summary

Requires the Department of Health and Human Services (HHS) to establish guidelines for credentialing environmental health workers and to create a plan to develop the environmental health workforce. Environmental health workers investigate, assess, and control hazardous environmental agents. HHS also must, within two years, conduct a study on the environmental health workforce and natural disaster preparedness.
