Summary
Allows the Bureau of Reclamation to extend the repayment contract with the Purgatoire River Water Conservancy District relating to the Purgatoire project for the Trinidad Dam on Purgatoire River in Colorado. The bill also allows Reclamation to enter into excess capacity contracts with respect to the project; revenues from such contracts must be first credited toward the district's outstanding payment obligation under its repayment contract.
