Summary
Reauthorizes through December 15, 2027, statutory provisions that allow the government to (1) access certain business records for foreign intelligence and international terrorism investigations, and (2) treat individual terrorists as agents of foreign powers in certain instances. The bill also terminates the government's authority to access call records on an ongoing basis as part of foreign intelligence and international terrorism investigations.
