Summary

Requires online marketplaces to verify and disclose to consumers the identity of a seller of children's products. Specifically, an online marketplace must obtain such seller's bank account information, a government-issued photo identification, and business contact information. Using this information, online marketplaces must disclose each seller's name, business address, phone number, and email address to consumers.
