Summary

Authorizes appropriations for the U.S. Anti-Doping Agency (USADA) through FY2029. The bill also directs (1) USADA to promote a positive youth sport experience by providing educational materials on sportsmanship, character building, and healthy performance for those participating in youth sports; and (2) the Department of Justice, the Department of Homeland Security, and the Food and Drug Administration to provide to USADA information relating to the prevention of the use of performance-enhancing drugs or the prohibition of performance-enhancing methods. USADA must submit to Congress a report that (1) assesses its capacity to implement an equine anti-doping and medication control program; and (2) includes recommendations concerning best practices for the successful implementation of such a program in the United States and recommendations developed in consultation with the National Veterinary Services Laboratories regarding the appropriate technical standards and best practices.
