Summary
Prohibits the President from (1) removing any firearm or related technical information from the U.S. Munitions List, or (2) changing the requirements under the International Traffic in Arms Regulations as they were composed on January 1, 2018. The Department of State may not suspend the application of the regulations without notifying Congress under specified procedures.
