Establishes loan forgiveness for a recipient of a paycheck protection loan or an economic injury disaster loan made or guaranteed by the Small Business Administration in response to COVID-19 (i.e., coronavirus disease 2019) to a recipient located in an area for which the President declared a major disaster related to Hurricane Laura or Hurricane Sally.
