Summary
Designates the Louie B. Nunn (Cumberland) Parkway from the interchange with the Interstate 65 in Barren County, Kentucky, east to the interchange with U.S. Highway 27 in Somerset, Kentucky, as (1) a high priority corridor on the National Highway System, (2) a segment of the Interstate System where vehicles are subject to a weight limitation, and (3) Interstate Route I-365.

A bill to amend the Intermodal Surface Transportation Efficiency Act of 1991 with respect to the Louie B. Nunn (Cumberland) Parkway, to amend title 23, United States Code, to modify a provision relating to the operation of vehicles on that highway, and for other purposes.
