Summary
This resolution condemns the January 15, 2019, attack by the Somalia-based extremist group al-Shabaab on the 14 Riverside complex and Dusit D2 hotel complex in Nairobi, Kenya. It also calls on the U.S. government to help the Kenyan government investigate the attack and to help improve Kenya's crisis response management.
