Summary

Food stamps; Restaurant Meals Program. Directs the Department of Social Services to participate in the Restaurant Meals Program (RMP) of the Supplemental Nutrition Assistance Program (SNAP). The bill requires the Department to develop and implement a plan to begin such participation no later than January 1, 2021.
