Summary

General registrars; appointment from adjoining locality. Permits local electoral boards to appoint a general registrar who is a qualified voter of a county or city that adjoins the county or city for which he is appointed. Current law requires the general registrar to be a qualified voter of the county or city for which he is appointed.
