Summary

Abduction of minor for the purpose of prostitution; penalty. Provides that the use of force, intimidation, or deception is not an element of the crime of abducting a minor for the purpose of concubinage or prostitution, a crime punishable as a Class 2 felony. The bill also expands the class of minors who may be the victim of such crime from minors under 16 years of age to minors under 18 years of age.
