Summary

Local employee grievance procedure. Provides that qualifying grievances by local government employees shall advance to a final step as agreed upon by the aggrieved and the local government; however, if an agreement cannot be reached on whether to use a panel hearing or hearing officer, a three-person panel shall be used. The bill contains technical amendments.
