Summary

Electronic voter registration; application by electronic means; U.S. Department of Defense-issued identification. Provides that, pursuant to an agreement between the Department of Elections and the U.S. Department of Defense, applicants registering to vote by electronic means may do so using a Department of Defense-issued identification card.
